DINÁMICAS DE CONVIVENCIA

STRINGS

  • Students were organized in three different groups.
  • Each group had a string of a different colour: red, grey and white.
  • Each group had to tie the string to a part of their body: ankles, legs and arms.
  • OBJECTIVE: The groups had to get strings of all the different colours and tie them to the right part of the body.
  • They had to use English:
                      Can I have your string?
                      Can you help me?
  • At the end of the class they expressed how they felt with this activity.
  • We talked in English and Spanish.

BLINDFOLDED

  • First, in big circle we did a mindfulness activity to concentrate and relax.
  • Second, students were organized in pairs.
  • In each pair, one of the members had a handkerchief.
  • In turns  they tied the handkerchief one another.
  • OBJECTIVE: Everyone experienced being "blind" for 2 minutes with a partner to guide them around the class without bumping to anyone or anything.
  • At the end of the class they expressed how they felt with this activity.
  • We talked in English and Spanish.

I EXPRESS POSITIVE THINGS

  • First, in big circle we explained the activity.
  • Second, students were organized in two different lines facing each other.
  • Some students walked through the "tunnel" and everyone had to say something positive to them.
  • Third, everyone had to express something positive to their partners without using words, just body language.
  • OBJECTIVE: To feel the love of our partners and friends in class. To learn to speak and express our positive feelings to others.
  • At the end of the class they expressed how they felt with this activity.
  • We talked in English and Spanish.
